Solid surface is safe to walk on. There are no rungs to "catch" tires, possibly causing tractor to flip backwards. Ramps are 84" long opened and have a 12-1/4" wide raised no-skid loading surface. Approx. 7" long steel fingers secure ramps to tailgate. Stretch straps and drop-in holding-down pins are included to maximize ramp stability, prevent accidental separation and allow easy repositioning. Ramps fold down to 63-1/2" x 12-1/4" x 4" size for compact storage. Some assembly required. Include instructions.
